the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel well-informed from the start. As someone from Scandinavia, I typically dislike the bedlinen system where the cover is tightly fastened, but when I requested an extra sheet for a more comfortable sleep, the staff went above and beyond. They provided us with a large, soft, and warm comforter with a spacious sheet underneath. It was incredibly comfortable and the service was exceptional. I wish they used this bedding on all their double beds!
Nothing, all excellent! 👍

I keep coming back for my city trips. The staff helped me return my forgotten hairbrush. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and luggage storage are a plus. The restaurant, bar, and coffee shop are convenient. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle in the room make it comfortable. The welcome drink is a nice touch. Express check-in/out and VIP services are great for a hassle-free stay. It's also pet-friendly and has air conditioning. No regrets.

Great value/price ratio at Campanile. Staff and accommodation are excellent. Staff are always friendly and accommodating - especially when I had knee issues and needed assistance with the stairs.
Free parking available, although the area seems a bit sketchy.

The location was just perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Happy Valley, an amusement park on Sheshan Island in Shanghai. The kids were thrilled with the thrilling rides and entertaining shows, making cherished memories that will last a lifetime. , the hotel staff provided excellent service and were always ready to offer advice on family-friendly activities, such as attending operas for children or joining soft music recitals. It was a wonderful opportunity to bond with our loved ones and create unforgettable experiences.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel could offer a wider range of outdoor activities for children.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in an ideal stopover location, conveniently situated in a Centre Commercial. The value for money was outstanding, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, making my stay comfortable. With its great location and attention to detail, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.
While everything else was ok, one aspect that could be improved is the breakfast.

This hotel is situated on the edge of an industrial estate and is an ideal stopover place. It's close to several eateries, making it easy to find something to eat. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was efficient. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, and the staff was friendly enough. it provides most of the basic facilities required for a stopover.
The external decor of the hotel is somewhat tired and shabby, according to a recent review.

Free parking and a restaurant on site were convenient for my business trip. The location, near the highway and industrial area, made it easy to get around for work. Plus, the housekeeping staff did a good job keeping the room clean.
The hotel felt outdated and in need of renovation. The walls were thin, making it difficult to sleep with outside noise and other guests slamming doors.
